4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Lost Packages: Please wait 3 additional business days beyond the expected delivery date. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us.
- Damaged Items: Email us with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
6. International Shipping
We do ship internationally. However, please be aware that:
